THE ADVANTAGE OF THE PRECISE DETERMINATION OF THE VERTICES' POSITIONS WILL BE USED TOGETHER WITH KINEMATIC AND GEOMETRIC CONDITIONS WHICH OVERCONSTRAIN THE VARIABLES IN THE DECAYS SPECIFIC TO THOSE STUDIED BY LHCB, TO RECONSTRUCT MISSING INFORMATIONS ON NEUTRAL PARTICLES LIKE PIONS OR NEUTRINOS . THE MAIN RESULT WILL BE THE RECOVERING OF MODES WITH HIGH LUMINOSITIES WHICH WILL INCREASE THE OVERALL PRECISION OF THE EXPERIMENT. THESE METHODS COULD ALSO BE INTERESTING FOR STUDIES OF THE PARTICLE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM EFFICACITY. ALSO WILL BE DEVELOPED FLASH ALGORITHMS TO BE USED FOR THE VERTEX RECONSTRUCTION. THE TEAM WHICH PROPOSES THIS PROJECT PARTICIPATES AT LHCB EXPERIMENT AND HAS YOUNG STUDENTS WHO FOLLOW THEIR DOCTORAL/MASTER THESIS IN B-PHYSICS.

The analysis of the first data from LHCb (2010-06-15) 4. Fast vertexing methods will be developed (2010-12-15) 5. Kinematic vertexing; extensions of the developed methods (2011-06-15) 6. Results dissemination (2011-12-15)
