Abstract: The contract proposes to develop methodologies for implementation and quantification of foliar nutrients applied by using nuclear techniques (labeled with 15N and 32P) in order to determine penetration and labeled translocated nutrient in different organs of the plant test, to determine the influence of different sources of nitrogen (amide, nitrate and ammonia) and the amino acids contained in some unconventional extraroot fertilizers (applicable by foliar) on penetration, phosphorus metabolism, using nuclear techniques, to develop procedures for obtaining a range of unconventional extra-root fertilizers, with complex structures NPK, micronutrients and organic substances hydrolysed applicable for determining foliar by agrochemical and environmental efficiency to stimulate plant nutrition and supplementation, prevention and treatment of deficiency states and optimize the nutrient content in plants
